Joshua James, Founder & CEO

Industy Consultant

Joshua owes his life to chemotherapy and innovations in modern medicine. Joshua founded a healthcare marketing LLC and co-founded telemedicine provider networks in Texas and Nevada. His network and LLC are focused on veteran transitions of care and the growing population of those in need of social, mental, and medical intervention/supervision. He is building a virtual privatized healthcare system for veterans and civilians alike. He apprenticed beside his father, a pharmacist and former Bexar County Pharmacy Association president. He has a background as a pharmacist intern at the Cancer Research & therapy Center in San Antonio, TX. Joshua has extensive experience as compounding pharmacist intern at a regional independent pharmacy system. Joshua has a compassion for veterans and their success in transitions of care. His grandfather, CPT Jewel "Jesse" James, flew 101 missions as a reconnaissance P-51 operator. By the time he had finished serving he had accumulated the Distinguished Flying Cross, an Air Medal with 3 Oak Leaf Clusters, and a European-African-Middle Eastern Theatre Ribbon with 4 Bronze Battle Stars. Joshua was so inspired by him that he named his daughter and LLC in his honor. His other grandfather SFC Richard "Dick" O'Brien, radio operator: WA5CXY (SK) designed his own QC/QA lab at DPT Laboratories in San Antonio, TX when it was first formed. Joshua obtained his grandfather's FCC call sign and keeps it on the air. The mother of Joshua's child and co-founder of his telemedicine provider network, Angelica Guzman, is an Army & Air Force veteran, NCC, LPC specializing in PTSD, trauma, at risk populations, youth, and geriatrics. Joshua uses his passion for communication, veterans, and medicine, to reduce all cause mortality in times of emergency and peace. Above all, Joshua believes laughter is the best medicine, he understands how important it is for morale.
