The live bacteria in EndoMune Advanced Probiotic are selected from naturally occurring bacterial strains. They are the main health-enhancing gut bacteria. Research has suggested that a daily dosage of at least 8-10 billion or more living probiotic bacteria are necessary to have a beneficial health effect. EndoMune contains the following 10 strains of bacteria:
L. acidophilus
L. casei
L. rhamnosus
L. lactis
L. plantarum
PLUS the prebiotic FOS (fructooligosaccharide)
B. longum
B. bifidum
B. lactis
B. breve
S. thermophiles
A serving size of 1 capsule of EndoMune Advanced provides 20 billion probiotic bacteria colony-forming units (CFU).
