What is Crystalline Isolate?
What is an isolate? Here is a definition from the dictionary:
Chemistry, Bacteriology. to obtain (a substance or microorganism) in an uncombined or pure state.
That is exactly what we are doing at Isodiol. Extracting from the hemp plant to produce Pure, Natural Crystalline Isolate.
What makes up our Crystalline Isolate?
Cannabidiol (CBD) is one of the more than 85 cannabinoids found in various concentrations throughout the different parts of the hemp plant, which is part of the Cannabiceae family. Cannabinoids are a class of botanical chemical compounds that deliver an array benefits.
 
CBD Crystals Process
We extract hemp oil from the stalk of hemp plants grown on an industrial scale. The extraction produces a botanical concentrate that includes the cannabinoids and fatty acids found in hemp plants. We begin formulation of our Crystals with a completely safe and eco-friendly Hydrocarbon extraction process, followed by winterization to remove the fats and lipids. Unwanted plant material is then removed with a rotary evaporator. The next step puts the oil through a secondary rotary evaporation process. Finally, it is decarboxylated prior to going into the final phase of creating Crystals. Decarboxylation is the process of converting the acidic forms of phytocannabinoids (such as CBDa or THCa) to the non-acidic or “activated’ form (CBD or THC) by using heat to gently break the bond of the acid group. The result of these established phytoceutical and pharmaceutical refinement and distillation methods is the most pure crystalline isolate for consumer and manufacturing needs available.
To guarantee the purity and safety of our ISO99™, after internal testing we send each batch for third party verification.
 
Broad Spectrum of Uses
This ISO99™ can then be added to or infused into foods, liquids, nutritional supplements, topicals, and even cosmetics. Also, ISO99™ contains no THC, so products made from the Crystals are not psychotropic and do not produce the “high” associated with THC products.
For topical formulations, ISO99™ can be micro-encapsulated into layers, suspended, and released at intervals. Encapsulation of active ingredients in this manner increases permeation through the skin. Delivery is more effective due to the powerful concentration, and the time release technology permits the active ingredient to remain within the dermis and epidermis. The encapsulated material of the Crystals won’t unnecessarily metabolically degrade because it is protected by the liposomal encapsulation.
For example, Cebidiol™ is powered by ISO99™. This liquid formulation is then used in several of our other products as the powerful component for topical applications/solutions.
